What is Rebaudiosid-A?

Rebaudioside A, or Reb-A is the sweetest of all the natural compounds in the stevia leaf. Rebaudioside A is a steviol glycoside, stevioside that is 150–400 times sweeter than sugar/saccharose and often used in stevia powders and sweeteners.
